Because of you, Team Hvaldimir has been on-site to help protect Hvaldimir since 2019.
Your generous donations over the past 4 years have helped keep our specialists on-site, and our remote team around the world advocating for Hvaldimir and lobbying for a more sustainable solution to his unique plight.
This summer, you helped bolster our team in a time of crisis. We were able to watch out for him and follow him to Sweden and back thanks to your support. During this time, we educated the public, worked closely with local and national authorities and monitored his behavior, weight and well-being through busy and dangerous waters. With little to no food resource, it was a stressful time for everyone watching his movements.
